Membership Terms
The BDY Membership is the best option for those who are coming to the studio 2 or more times a week. There is no commitment on our all-inclusive membership. Memberships may not be cancelled within the first month of activation. Please note that membership auto-pays require a one month auto pay cycle and 30 day written notice to cancel. Please write to info@bdystudios.com to cancel or suspend.
1. Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise noted.
2. Monthly memberships canceled before the required minimum first month will be charged a second month.
3. If member wishes to transfer their unlimited membership to our online platform membership (BDYONLINE), member will have one more payment before beginning the BDYONLINE price.
4. All memberships paid monthly or upfront are not refundable and non-transferable.
5. Class passes and fees (including but not limited to: suspension fees, cancellation fees, no show fees) are nonrefundable.
6. A credit/debit card must be used for the membership payments. Memberships cannot be set up without credit card information.
7. Members may suspend their membership once per calendar year for at least 14 days and up to 60 days after 3 months of continued auto-drafting payments, the first time being 3 months after membership commencement. This option is permitted only when requested by e-mail to info@bdystudios.com putting “membership hold” as the subject heading of email. In turn, BDY will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account. Member agrees that BDY could take up to 7 business days to respond. Suspensions will incur a $10 suspension fee for every 15 days of suspension. All suspension requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next automatic payment. Payments will automatically restart upon the predetermined date. Memberships cancelled while suspended will incur one additional monthly payment prior to being cancelled. Your membership will be active for the entire month after that final payment. BDY does not pro-rate or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended membership. Ex: Your membership renews on the 14th of each month. April 1st a written notice to cancel is received. April 14th's charge for your membership will process. Your last day to attend is May 13th. Expect at least 1 more payment to be processed after your cancellation request. This is our standard policy and no exceptions are made.
8. Once member has submitted e-mail request for any changes to membership, it is member’s responsibility to ensure that BDY has responded back on the same e-mail account to confirm processing the request. BDY is in no way, under any circumstances, responsible for member’s negligence in checking their own bank statements to ensure that membership suspensions or cancellations have been processed correctly. In the event of miscommunication member is responsible to produce a copy of their request and response from BDY for review. Only then, if BDY did not perform what it agreed to do, BDY will reimburse any funds rightfully owed to member. In the event that member cannot produce a copy of e-mail correspondence with BDY, then BDY is not obligated to, nor will refund under any circumstances, dues debited from member’s account.
9. Membership prices are subject to change. In the event of a change in membership price, members will be notified via email of any price increase to their memberships. They will be notified one month or more prior to the change with the opportunity to submit a 30-day written cancellation or change notice. At the end of 12 months, the membership will terminate and a new membership must be requested.
10. Six Month or One year passes may not be suspended or refunded.
