BARRE ───────────

Tone your whole body in this uniquely fun, high-energy group fitness experience. 

We combine techniques from yoga, pilates and ballet and incorporate light weights and resistance bands to help you burn, tone, and build energy with small, controlled movements.

Set your intention and go as we guide and motivate you to ride-to-the-rhythm of the BDY best. Our cycle classes are curated to inspire a powerful mind-body experience and empower riders to reach their personal best. Our classes combine high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting weight training, and the option to chart your progress with our performance-tracking software. Our 30-minute combo classes blend yoga, barre, and fusion modalities to give you an 45-minute, hour-long or even a 75-minute experience.

FUSION ───────────


Gain strength and cardiovascular endurance in these high-energy strength-training classes utilizing barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX suspension straps and high-intensity interval training. Fusion 30 and 45 gives you cardio and weight training in less than one hour and combines all modalities in an efficient and effective class. Fusion combo classes include blends of fusion with cycle, yoga, TRX and barre.

BDY Pilates combines mat pilates, strength training, cardio, range of motion, and flexibility work to deliver a modern twist on conventional mat pilates. This class has a strong emphasis on core and combines exercises that strengthen and lengthen the muscles. We have 45 minute classes and 30 minute class options at both studios.
