CLASSES


  • BDYOGA FLOW

    BDYoga Flow will awaken you in mind, body and spirit, with accessible yoga postures and intention. This class is a slow to moderately-paced, non-heated class and ideal for those new to yoga and welcoming for the seasoned practitioner. Our yoga classes are designed to build strength, flexibility and focus and moving through the postures in alignment and awareness of the breath.

  • BDYOGA POWER FLOW

    BDYoga Power Flow (H) is a heated class and one that is slightly more vigorous than our non-heated classes. This class will awaken you in mind, body and spirit, with accessible yoga postures and intention. This class is designed to challenge you with poses that build strength, flexibility and focus. In this heated class, there will be a greater emphasis on core work and strength.

  • VIBE

    The BDY Vibe is a strong and intentional yoga class designed for all who want to flow, balance, sweat and build a core-centered practice. It is foundational and thoughtfully sequenced to build heat while physically challenging the body and clearing the mind.

    This class is for all levels layering basic poses with options to turn up the intensity based on your individual needs. This class is heated. 

  • BARRE

    BDY Barre 45 is a 45-minute, low impact, muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. With a blend ballet and yoga, this class utilizes light weights, resistance bands, and controlled movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body.

  • RIDE

    BDY Ride 45 is a high-intensity full body workouts featuring rhythm riding both in and out of the saddle. Expect choreography to work the upper body and core. This class will also incorporate 3-5 lb. weights for additional resistance training. Cycling shoes with SPD clips are ideal, but tennis shoes work just fine! All levels welcome.

  • POWER RIDE

    BDY Power Ride 45 is a high-intensity full-body workout featuring rhythm riding both in and out of the saddle. Expect choreography on the bike to work the upper body and core. This class will also incorporate a weighted track for additional resistance training. Cycling shoes with SPD clips make for a better experience, or thick-soled, clean tennis shoes may be worn.

  • STRENGTH

    BDY Strength 45 is a fusion of cardio and strength training moves to work your entire body. In this class, you will experience high-intensity intervals mixed with longer periods of weight training to build a strong foundation. This signature strength-training class is appropriate for all-levels, especially those looking to build muscle and burn fat. Shoes are required.

  • Bounce + Build

    BDY Bounce + Build is a low impact, beat-driven workout on a mini trampoline (rebounder) combined with the strength components of BDY Strength 45. Beginning with a brief warm-up on the trampoline, time will be spent alternating between upper body, lower body, and core strength segments and short, concentrated bounce intervals. Clean indoor shoes or sticky socks are welcome. Wear a sports bra that is up to the task!

  • MAT PILATES

    BDY Pilates is a mat-based Pilates workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We utilize the magic circle, resistance bands, ankle weights, sliders, the Pilates ball, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.

  • Pilates strength

    BDY Pilates Strength is a dynamic, full-body workout that blends the precision of mat Pilates with the power of strength training. Using heavier weights alongside classic Pilates movements, this class is designed to build lean muscle, improve bone density, and increase overall functional strength—while still honoring the core-focused, alignment-driven principles of our signature mat Pilates classes.

  • REFORMER PILATES

    BDY Reformer Pilates 50 focuses on form and technique, paying close attention to increasing challenges to proprioception and core control. Teaching the importance of incorporating the breath and mindful movement are also emphasized. Great for all levels, although some Pilates experience is recommended.

  • RESTORE

    BDYoga Restore centers the breath and body, aligning the physical and mental practices of gentle movement and stillness. Students will hold postures to offer a deep release for the muscles. This class will complement your cycling, running, and strength-training or other athletic endeavors bringing ease into the body and mind.
